Prescilla Jeurink

Prescilla Jeurink is Pharmacology teacher within Pharmaceutical Sciences at Utrecht University. Her teaching focusses on the role of the immune system in health and disease. She is fascinated by the potential impact of a healthy diet and lifestyle in the maintenance of good health. Her ambition as Future Food Ambassador Feed, Food & Health is to seek synergies between expertise on human, animal and plant immune resilience and nutrition within academic groups, companies and medical centres.
